2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities for taking action the erring police officials of the Daudpur Police Station and also for a direction upon the respondent authorities for not interfering in their day to day life.

3. From the allegation levelled in the present petition, it appears that the disputed questions of fact are involved in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1681 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 the writ petition which cannot be interfered with by this Court in writ jurisdiction.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar Human Rights Commission and if the petitioner approaches the Bihar Human Rights Commission, the same shall be considered on merits and the limitation should be condoned as the matter was pending before this Court.
