The petitioner complains of certain irregularities against the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat in the district of Bhagalpur and Mr. Manohar Prasad Singh, standing for the petitioner refers to Annexure-1 which is a representation addressed to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur pointing out the irregularities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4507 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 The matter has been listed at the instance of Mr. Singh praying for disposal of the writ petition with the appropriate direction to the District Magistrate to consider and dispose of the representation.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, a copy of which is placed at Annexure-1 to the writ petition and dispose of the same in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the concerned Mukhiya who is the respondent no. 12 herein.

Considering the nature of allegation, an expeditious disposal preferably within three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order would be appreciated. (Jyoti Saran, J) S.Sb/- U
