Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbar Nagar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-a), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by different co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 06.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26446 of 2018.
