The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 243 of 2016 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 341,379 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to property dispute, both sides quarreled and this petitioner is said to have given a spare blow on the palm of the informant.

Submission is that there is land dispute between both sides and petitioner has also filed a title suit and informant and petitioner are full-brothers and there is no corresponding injury like piercing would on the palm of the informant however injuries sustained by him are simple in nature. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rajeshwar Kunwar, is directed to be
