JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody seeks bail in Kotwali PS Case No. 189 of 2018 registered under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that a chain was snatched from a lady while returning from morning walk, later on during investigation the chain was recovered from the Jewelry shop who disclosed that it was sold by Raja Alam, later said Raja Alam disclosed that this petitioner was also his associate. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that except name of the petitioner being disclosed by one Raja Alam that he was also accompanying him there is no other material against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gaya in connection with Kotwali PS Case No. 189 of 2018.
