Mr Madanjeet Singh, GP XX ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.04.2013 passed in Case No 1384 of 2011 by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Saran against which the petitioner has efficacious and alternative remedy of appeal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.186 of 2017(7) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be approaching the State Appellate Tribunal by filing his appeal.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to move the State Appellate Tribunal, as prayed for herein-above.

Needless to say that it would be open to the petitioner to raise the issue of pendency of the instant proceedings to meet the delay occasioned in filing the appeal.
