Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2018 in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the alleged motorcycle belongs to one Manjay Kumar and the petitioner has no concern about the alleged motorcycle. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been in custody for the last five months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
