The only grievance involved in the present writ application is non-disposal of the representation for counting the period of past service of the petitioner for continuity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the initial appointment of the petitioner is 12.08.1963 and thereafter the petitioner was regularly working till 1967. The petitioner remained on leave and thereafter he submitted his joining.

He submits that the representation of the petitioner (Annexure6) is pending before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar.

In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2010 is pending, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar to take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner, if not already disposed of, within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
