S. Case No. 271 of 2014 registered under Sections 135 and 136 of the Electricity Act, 2003 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure- 1 to the application. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the alleged offence.
