After having perused Annexure-B, which has been annexed with the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent-State, the private-respondent is an appointee of 03.09.1983 and the petitioner is an appointee of 28.03.1985, merely because the petitioner has acquired certain additional degree down the line, his seniority will not change in any manner so far as the date of entry in service is concerned. Since the present arrangement of appointing the private-respondent as incharge of the school is an ad-hoc arrangement, because

Patna High Court CWJC No.3404 of 2015 dt.24-03-2015 2/2 she happens to be senior to the present petitioner by virtue of entry in service and no hue and cry is entertainable on this score for the time being. However, the respondents will be well advised to make permanent arrangement by appointing regular headmaster, so that no disputes of such kind arise in future.

Writ application is dismissed, accordingly.
