The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 10 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that there is land dispute between both sides and allegation against the petitioner was of giving a single blow over the head of the informant's mother but corresponding injury was found simple in nature and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Manichar Rishideo is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
