The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 442 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

On account of old enmity the alleged occurrence took place and petitioner is alleged to have given knife blow on the neck of the informant.

It is submitted that from perusal of FIR is apparent that petitioner and informant are own relative and belong to same family. Petitioner is nephew of informant and due to old dispute casual Marpit took place and the informant sustained injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.61115 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 442 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
