2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 495 of 2020 registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unknown criminals have looted Rs. 88,000/- from the victim.

5. The petitioner's name has come during investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2023 and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Prithvi Raj Singh has offered to pay approx 50% of the looted amount i.e. Rs. 45,000/- to the informant.

8. Considering the period of custody and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of C.J.M. Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 495 of 2020.

10. The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted only after he deposits Rs. 45,000/- in the Court below and thereafter, the petitioner shall be released on bail.

11. The aforesaid deposited amount shall be handed over to the informant by the learned Magistrate in the Court below before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Sunnykr/- U T
