Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 392, 394, 411 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. He only had gone there with a tractor which was requisitioned for the purposes of taking out the Bolero in question which had fallen in the ditch. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
