2. In view of the judgment passed by this Court today in C.W.J.C. No. 6708 of 2016 (Bihar Dastavej Navis Sangh and Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.), and the issue involved being identical, the present writ petition also stands dismissed in terms of reasons recorded therein.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of the Court to Annexure-9, which is copy of show cause dated 02.04.2016 to the petitioner. According to him, he has also

4. Be that as it may, as the Court is not in a position to come to a definite conclusion as neither any date is mentioned on the so called reply submitted by the petitioner nor there is any receipt by any authority, if the respondent no. 6 is in receipt of such show cause filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, and order passed thereupon.
