From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 09.03.2017 passed in CWJC No. 1609 of 2017 in MJC No. 2226 of 2017 and order dated 09.03.2017 passed in CWJC No. 2030 of 2017, relating to MJC No. 2225 of 2017, have been complied with as the case for compassionate appointment of the petitioners has been rejected by a reasoned order as contained in Memo No. 583 dated 15.04.2019, issued under the signature of the Deputy Secretary, Education Department.
3. In view thereof, the applications stand disposed off.

4. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, with regard to their claim for compassionate appointment being rejected by order dated 15.04.2019.
