Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 451 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 11.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21172 of 2018.
