Petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No.230 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code, Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act and Section 66 of the IT Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner had prepared obscene photograph of minor daughter of the informant and made it viral on Whats-app.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
