JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,323,324,504,307,448,354,379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the order of petitioner Nandlal Mahto, petitioner Muntun Mahto assaulted with Farsa whereas co accused Chandeshwar Mahto assaulted with lathi to Rameshwar Sah.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury of the informant has been found to be simple and the informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13614 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 35 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sikrahana, Motihari. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
