The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 70/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 393 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is against unknown, but subsequently in the confessional statement made before the police by one Tango Bind, the petitioner's name has been drawn in which has no evidentiary value. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is having a clean antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47555 of 2019(4) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 4th, Barh, Patna, in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 70/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
