JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders setting aside (1) the order contained in Memo No.915 dated 22.4.2022 passed by the Director, Land Record and Survey, Revenue and Land Reform Dept. Govt. of Bihar, Patna by which employment of the petitioner, on the post of Amin on the basis of contract has been terminated and further direction for recovery of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11874 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/3 the amount paid to him and lodging of First Information Report has been given (II) the letter contained in Letter No.846 dated 18.4.2023 by which District Magistrate Madhubani has directed the Circle Office Pandaul for recovery of the total honorarium paid to the petitioner and lodging of the first information report against him for getting employment on the basis of forged documents (iii) Direction of the D.M.Madhubani contained in Memo No.888 dated 21.4.2023 for deposit of Rs.1,21,000/- which has been paid to him as a honorarium for the month of April, 2021 to August, 2021 (IV) Letter No.779 dated 13.5.2023 issued by Circle Officer Pandault to SHO Pandaul police station for registration of the first information report against the F.I.R."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
It is needless to state that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today, in order to enable the petitioner to avail the aforesaid remedies.
