1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that as against the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosara vide Memo No. 1689 dated 10.08.2022, petitioner has preferred an Appeal Case No. 812 of 2021 and the same was dismissed by the Additional Collector, Samastipur, on 02.07.2022, thereafter, the petitioner has preferred revision before the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, vide P.D.S. Revision No. 11 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further stated that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the revision filed by the petitioner is not disposed off till date and, therefore, seeks a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13287 of 2022(5) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 direction from this Hon'ble Court to the Commissioner, Darbhanga Devision to expedite the revision filed by the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division is directed to dispose off the P.D.S. Revision No. 11 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if the same has not been already disposed off.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division shall afford an opportunity of hearing to all the parties.
