Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case no. 711 of 2013 (Tr. No. 4489/2014) registered under Sections 420, 406, 504, 498-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the complainant, it appears that there was some dispute regarding fixation of marriage between the petitioner and daughter of the complainant, which resulted in lodging of the case.
Considering the nature of allegation made and there being no evidence in support of the case, let petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14021 of 2015 (3) dt.08-09-2015 2 / 2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Complaint Case no. 711 of 2013 (Tr.
