The petitioner along with another is said to have enticed away the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted that the daughter of the informant came back but her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. confirms the accusation in the FIR. Considering this aspect of the matter, I am not even inclined to consider the fact that there has been a settlement between the parties.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
