Counsel for the petitioner submits that his representation, which is Annexure-2 series, has not been considered till date.

Counsel for State seeks permission from the Court for acceptance of hard copy of the counter affidavit in the Court itself.

Counsel for the State submits that in the counter affidavit, it has been categorically stated that the petitioner has

The present writ petition has been disposed off with the liberty granted to the petitioner that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (Respondent no. 2) for the non-fulfillment of his grievances towards benefit of 7th Pay Revision as from the letter issued by the Government, it transpires that the effective date of retirement is 30.09.2019, whereas 7th Pay Revision has been implemented from 01.04.2017 effectively, which the petitioner has already narrated in his representation i.e. Annexure-2 series. The petitioner shall file a fresh representation for all his grievances before the Respondent no. 2, who shall pass a speaking and reasoned order within 6 weeks from the date of filing of fresh representation, along with the order passed by this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
