JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to pay the amount of scholarship, which the petitioner is entitled to receive under the scheme for grant of scholarship to the SC/ST and other backward class students pursuing their higher education.

A detailed counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State of Bihar in which there is specific averment made that no dues is pending. It has been stated as to what amount has been paid in favour of the petitioner as scholarship, in the counter affidavit.

It appears from the counter affidavit that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner indicates that no other grievance of the petitioner has remained pending.
