Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 498A and 494 I.P.C.

The petitioner is the husband and his wife has made very specific allegation that the petitioner has kept Pooja Devi as his second wife to pressurize her to withdraw the complaint case. It is submitted that the petitioner has not perform second marriage. He has filed a case of restitution of conjugal rights against his wife, which was filed after filing the complaint case. Considering the facts and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
