The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused injury with lathi on the head of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple in nature and the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23085 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Randhir Kumar, J.M., Ist Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
