Learned counsel for the State is present and submitted that supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State in which it has been stated that the Principal Secretary of the Departments of Revenue and Land Reforms and Finance have sorted out the matter and the benefit has been passed to the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.158 of 2012 dt.09-08-2017 2/2 petitioners. However, after filing of the said affidavit on 06.10.2016, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners in which it has been stated that actual payment has not been made to them.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the State submitted that it would be ensured that actual payment, if already not made, shall be made within from four weeks from today.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off on the undertaking given by learned State counsel that the benefit accruing to the petitioners on account of the decision taken by the two Secretaries shall be actually paid to the petitioners also latest within one month from today, if already not paid.
