Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.786 of 2010 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been contended that the entire allegations made in the complaint petition are false. The petitioner was married to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36288 of 2014 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 opposite party no.2 in 2004 and out of the wedlock the couple has been blessed with four children.
