The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
A pick-up van loaded with the goods was robbed when the FIR was registered against unknown, but during investigation the complicity of the driver Sanjay Rai surfaced, who confessed the name of the petitioners as his associates and after investigation charge-sheet was submitted under Sections 406, 407, 420, 424 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29729 of 2014 (6) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Calss, Saran at Chapra. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
