JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S.Case No. 141 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 IPC.

In this case, allegation has been made on allurement that the petitioner would marry the victim girl the accused persons took away the victim girl, she was kept in a room of a hotel where petitioner and his associates had committed sexual violence on her.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This petition is accordingly rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to surrender before the court below
