If the petitioner files such an application, let it be considered and decided within a reasonable time-frame. The objection of the State in the counter affidavit is that the order dated 12.8.2014, issued by the General Administration Department, comes in the way of consideration. With due respect, since the learned Single Judge as well as

Patna High Court CWJC No.5908 of 2015 dt.08-12-2015 the Division Bench has already quashed the resolution No. 11635 dated 21.8.2012 and those orders still hold the field, therefore, the order dated 12.8.2014 has lost its meaning and the same will not come in the way of consideration.
