Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. C 1 244 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.5.2018 in connection with seizure of 25.740 liters of liquor.
