The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 376, 323, 504, 493(A) and 496 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner is said to have exploited the informant sexually on allurement of marriage and subsequently when the informant has emphasized to solemnize the petitioner accused had refused to marry with the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Further it has been

There was no assurance made by the petitioner to the informant in respect to perform the marriage. It is also submitted that there is no evidence to prove that there was physical relation between the petitioner and the informant.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Mahila) P.S.Case No. 83/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
