Learned AC to SC No. 8 submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied in its letter and spirit and even thereafter, on number of dates, the case has been got adjourned as per the instance of the petitioners. In view of the facts and circumstances, particularly the stand taken by learned counsel for the State, I do not find any ground to keep the matter pending.
