JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 23.12.2015 at about 12:10 P.M, the informant went to inspect the construction work of FCI godown when all of a sudden coaccused Jitendra Singh @ Tiger, Jainandan Paswan, Rinku Devi, Mintu Kumar and 3-4 unknown entered into the under constructed godown and asked for extortion of rupees five lacs. It is alleged against the petitioner that she assaulted the informant with iron rod causing injury on his head and coaccused Jitendra Singh @ Tiger snatched hand bag containing rupees twenty five thousands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20399 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 petitioner that petitioner is agnate of the informant and in the background of the land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The petitioner is house wife.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general coupled with the statement in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
