JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 280 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 35(A)(B), 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 93.6 liters liquor. Leander counsel further submits that two accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 09.02.2018 and 12.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7659 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 31362 of 2018 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid fact the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
