The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 72 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further he contended that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
