1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior and oblique motive. From perusal of Post Mortem Report, it is apparent that the doctor has not found any external injury. Further he submits

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
