2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 354A, 354B, 379, 34 of the IPC and Sections 3(1)(r),(s), 3(2)(va) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegations against the petitioner is of molesting the victim but it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this is a case of road rage.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
