Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioner being Nazir of the block failed to give charge of Rs. 44000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to deposit the aforesaid amount before learned Court below which will be invested in some fixed deposit scheme which will be subject to the result of the case.

On deposit of the aforesaid amount, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9139 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
