The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 498(A), 406 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand of Rs.50,000/- from the father of the complainant.

In spite of service of notice dated 07.12.2021, no one appears on behalf of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Siwan/concerned Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2551 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
