The Hon'ble Supreme Court has already taken

Patna High Court CWJC No.11283 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 cognizance of the same and directed the State of Bihar to respond. This was widely publicised in the newspapers and the present attempt of the petitioner is more in the nature of a publicity induced litigation. We find no reason to entertain the same.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
