JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that for not giving paddy seedlings, the petitioners abused, threatened and assaulted the informant with fists and slaps, petitioner no.2 snatched gold chain of the informant and mobile and wrist watch of the son of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that even assuming the accusation, the offence under Section 354 is made and there is counter version of the occurrence also. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of

No.11133 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
