ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 26.5.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 9959 of 2015 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedents. However, since there was another case pending against him, such an affidavit could not be filed on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, a fresh application for anticipatory bail.

Considering that this second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before Sri U.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui (or its successor) in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014, within three
