JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No.122 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody in connection with seizure of 55 litres of Mahua liquor. He further submits that the petitioners were taken into custody on 15.05.2018, but the custody has been shown as 23.05.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2018, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail after 23.07.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties
