The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 500, 501, 504, 506, 353, 505 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he posted indecent comments on the social media platform against the officials of Madanpur Police Station. He also spread rumors and confusion among the common people against the administration and used insulting and threatening words against the police officials.

No.61500 of 2021(4) dt.10-08-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that before lodging of the present F.I.R, the petitioner had lodged a complaint regarding banned establishments and taking extra passengers in public vehicles. The petitioner also complained before District Public Grievances Redressal Officer, Aurangabad. Hence, as a retaliatory measure, this false case has been registered against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the social media account through which indecent and threatening posts were made does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner is suffering from Bipolar Disorder and his physical and mental condition is not so well and he is under treatment for seven months. Photocopy of the medical report is annexed as Annexure-3 of the petition.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on

Case No. 188 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
