The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act as well as Section 8/20(a)(1) of the N.D.P.S. Act. As per the prosecution case, some criminals were planning to commit loot. The petitioner was not caught on the spot and he is in custody since 19.06.2023 and he has two cases under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering aforesaid fact and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

No.52247 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing nine months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023. The petitioner will visit Musarigharari Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
