For defect no.5, he draws my attention to the statement made in paragraph 2 of the memo of appeal. In view of what has been stated in paragraph 2, the defect no.5 does not survive at all.
Considering the averments made in the restoration application, the same is allowed and S.A. No. 326 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
